This phone is from the gray french market. So, it is not covered with a usa warrenty. I have had no problems with this phone.
i got the phone and does not work, i have to go to TIGERDIRECT in order to change it and the new one doesn't work. i got the 3rd one and is working, i don't know for how long.
I like this phone. Very easy to use - great sound quality - recieves the best signal strength of any phone I've owned - worked great as I traveled internationally. Also, it is linking to my bluetooth devices very easily. I would definitely recomend this phone to others.
I purchased two phones from HassleFreeCell their service was outstanding, I recieved both the phones in a timely manner and the products were in great condition. I'll be sure to return and highly recomend their store.
There is not doubt that the product was a brokena and used one, and was packaged as new. I wanted to surprise my brother for x-mas with RAZR V3 phone. But, when I opened the product I noticed some scratch although the external plastic package is still on it. I am sad about that. It is better to pay a higher price and purchase a good product, than to be left disatisfied.The message, dont necessarily trust what they claim, there are some who give you a lower price but will sell you an inferior product. I complained about getting a used product for a new one.
The whole experience was very disappointing for me, although I recieved some credit back after I complained from the sellers. I was happy to buy the phone for a reasonable price from Amazon. I would have returned it right away, but I did not have enough time to return and buy another one before x-mas. I received a credt from the sellers for that.However, after the product reached my brother who lives outside the US, he told me that the power adapter lid does not stay closed. It fells off regularly and he has to attach it with some plastic. The whole experience was a disappointing one.
Lesson learned.
